APPLE COMPUTER MAY 1998 ARPLE (APPLE REFERENCE,PERF.,&LEARNING).COLLECTIBLE.RARE

Apple Computer ARPLE CD ARPLE stands for "Apple Reference, Performance & Learning Expert" From May of 1998 Mint, Unused, Collectible, Tested This was produced by Apple for training, marketing, and sales support for Apple products from May of 1998. A number of included items make this package especially interesting. It has a copy of Apple's video on QuickTime technology given at the NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) tradeshow keynote presentation from 1998. Several major technology players (but not Bill Gates!) sing the praises of QuickTime in the video. Also included is a report on Apple's financial situation at that time. Also included are digital copies of datasheets for an extensive list of Apple products. A wide variety of documentation, brochures and data sheets, ads, PowerPoint presentations, sales and marketing materials and videos, training videos, other software, a Mac OS Software and Hardware Guide, and more are on the included CD. See the picture above for a directory of the contents. The Apple part # for this item is #L02955A. It has never been used, but I did check the CD for readability before posting. To the best of my knowledge, I will have only one of these of this date available for sale. This is the "Provider Edition." These were sent to authorized Apple resellers to provide education, training, sales collateral, product awareness, advertising, and more. A very interesting and rare item for Apple collectors with a view of Apple's marketing efforts at this time and detailed information on some of its products. This is an original Apple item from my archives, and has never been used. New condition and collectible. I was an early adopter of the Macintosh, a long-time Apple dealer and an Apple consultant. I've been involved with the Mac for twenty-five plus years now. I've held on to a lot of Apple related stuff, included box-loads of software, old computers, peripherals, and other items.
